“We were referred to Scott for completely renovating our beach house. We worked with both him and Kate on flooring, colours, kitchen cabinets, but for most of the project, we simply left it up to Scott to do what he would do if he owned the home. It made the process a lot less stressful for us, and we are sure we might the right choice. As the project progressed and some other choices came up, he was always willing to do what was needed. "Scott has completed several jobs in our home. Our first job was installing new cork board flooring in our family room and hallways. We were so impressed we then hired him to replace our roof and shortly after we had him replace a window in our bedroom.

Most recently Scott completed a very large renovation where we completely gutted our upstairs. This project was enormous; we essentially took a 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom space to make 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The job turned out amazing and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Scott can be trusted to be reliable, dependable, completing all his projects on time and within budget. He has many great ideas, sharing his vision and steering potential issues back on course. "I was in the process of getting my basement finished when my contractor was unable to complete the job. I was referred to Holman Construction Inc. and contacted Scott and within a few days of seeing what was required to complete the project he sent me his quote. He was hired. He and his crew showed up at the agreed upon day bright and early. They worked diligently all day and everyday for the next 6 weeks. I cannot say enough about the quality of work they did in my basement. I have had nothing but compliments on their workmanship from people who have seen the finished product. I wanted to have my basement completed by the summer for when family and friends visited... they certainly made that happen. They were professional, friendly and courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and an attention to detail.
