This stunning, yellow brick, farmhouse is getting an update! Built in 1885, the structure of this home is in impeccable condition, however, some of the rooms are dated and with renovations over the years, much of the original charm of the home has been lost. 

The Plan

We're taking the original home back to the studs. All new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows and doors. We'll be preserving as much of the original woodwork as possible throughout the home. The existing garage will be removed and a new addition with great room, kitchen, pantry, mudroom and garage added. Beginning October 2021; stay tuned for updates!
